What we can help with
Sexual behaviours can be problematic when they become compulsive or addictive in nature, secretive, and are associated with shame.
Every individual and each relationship is different, so we offer a non-judgemental space to explore experiences and feelings of individuals, whether gay, straight, bi or trans, whether people are in a sexual relationship or not, whether monogamous or polyamorous, or have ever been sexually active.
We appreciate that for some, therapy can be daunting, but rest assured that we will do all we can to ensure your experience with us is a supportive one. Do get in touch and we can discuss how it is that we can be of help.
We have listed here some of the commonly presenting issues we deal with. If your particular issue is not listed then that does not mean that we haven’t encountered it before or that we can't help with that issue.
The best thing to do is to get in touch and speak with our welcoming and discrete team who will be able to offer the best guidance at this early stage.
