Psychological Healthcare Services
An independent multidisciplinary therapy service
“Assured discretion and confidentiality are the hallmarks of our highly-respected and exclusive practice.”
Our Team
Our therapists are all highly experienced and qualified psychotherapists, psychologists and sexual & relationship therapists. The core team comprises some of the most well respected therapists in the field, with decades of experience and a depth of knowledge across various disciplines.
There are also other clinicians associated with our practice, who offer additional skills in trauma recovery, mental health and well-being, and medical services.
What We Do
We offer a wide range of psychotherapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of the individual and/or couple.
A full assessment is conducted before starting any therapy or treatment programme; ideally, we like to see all individuals within a relationship, though we do appreciate that this is not always possible.
We work with adults and young people from 16 years old. The issues which people commonly present with include:
Anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions
Problems in personal functioning and low self-esteem
Insecurity and attachment issues
Struggles with intimacy and communication
Difficulties forming and/or maintaining relationships
Sexually-related problems and concerns
Relationship issues in partnerships, families and blended families
Parenting and family problems
Tackling thoughts of separation and/or divorce
Coping with the effects of health conditions and/or treatments
We appreciate that therapy can feel daunting, but rest assured we will do all we can to ensure your experience with us is a supportive one.
